Specialized collectors in home debt recovery.
The selected human resources will join the team after a specific training and will manage debt recovery over the assigned territory.
The activities include the analysis of assigned positions, direct contact, management and negotiation, including debt recovery.
All activities will be managed with a lasting support provided by the company through specific reference persons.
The ideal candidate has:
- One-year experience as home collector in companies operating in managing debt recovery or similar;
- Certificate or degree in economics or law;
- Motivated and targets-oriented
- Problem solver, team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of office automation applications and available to business trips.
- Car owner
- VAT number registration or available to open it.
The company provides a fixed remuneration plus commissions proportioned to achieved goals, including bonus significantly higher than the market average, opportunity for professional growth according to shown determination.
